"Pathetic app"
first of all they didnt have product and still made my booking and then they asked me to book a more expensive one simce only that service product was available and when after ao much hassle when i finally agreed to it , these people called me just 1 hr before the booked time to tell me that the service provider lady is unavailable.. it was supposed to be a surprise for my moms birthday but seems like i was the one surprised.. very pathetic service , no professionalism at all . Please close the app

"Took Longer Than Expected"
I booked this thinking it would be a quick cleanup, but it ended up taking more time than they originally told me. The work itself was okay, so I’m not saying it was terrible, but the timing was frustrating. It also feels like there are little policy loopholes that let them stretch things out without much accountability, which is annoying when you’re trying to plan your day. I just wish they were more upfront and managed the time better...

"Good service, but slots fill up fast"
The service itself was fine, but booking a convenient time wasn’t as easy as I expected. When I checked, most of the evening slots were already taken, so I had to go with an afternoon appointment even though it didn’t really work great for my schedule. Compared to some other companies I’ve used, the availability felt a bit more limited. It would be a lot better if they offered more time slots, especially in the evenings.

I booked the service and the payment did go through eventually, so at least the important part worked. But the page was slow, and I didn’t get a confirmation right away, which was a little annoying. I ended up checking the app twice just to make sure everything was actually booked. Not a bad experience overall, but for the price and convenience I expected it to feel smoother
"Offers felt a bit unclear"
I booked through YesMadam because I saw some good offers, but when I reached checkout, the discount was lower than what I expected. A few coupons also didn’t work because of my area or the service I selected, so it got a little frustrating. The actual service was fine, but nothing too special. Since the offers weren’t clear before booking, the whole experience felt a bit confusing.

I got a small cut during the service, which wasn’t great tbh. They did help me out afterward, so I appreciated that, but the follow-up was kinda slow and a little confusing lol. Overall, not the worst experience, but I wish communication had been better

I went in mainly hoping the product would live up to the price, and after using it, I’d say it was worth the money. The service wasn’t anything over the top, but it was decent and everything went smoothly enough. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Transparent pricing, good experience"
So... I booked a salon service through Yes Madam and liked that the price was clearly shown before I confirmed. There were no weird extra charges at the end, just the taxes that were already mentioned. The final bill matched what I saw on the app, which felt fair. Giving 4 stars because the app can be a little slow sometimes, but pricing-wise, it was transparent.

"Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Repeated Booking Cancellations"
The service is very poor. I booked twice, and no one arrived on time. My time was completely wasted, and they canceled the bookings from their side without any proper explanation. I believe I should file a complaint with customer care against them for wasting my time.

I had a little issue with my booking time, so I messaged support and they got back to me faster than I expected. i was kind of annoyed at first, but they kept me updated the whole time and fixed it without making it a big thing. Super helpful, though also it was just a booking issue, so nothing life-changing. Overall, good experience.

I booked Yesmadam because I really didn’t feel like stepping out for salon stuff, the at-home service worked well for me. I found it useful, especially on busy days or when I’m just too lazy to travel. The beautician did arrive a little late, but the work was decent. The prices are okay, though I wouldn’t call them super cheap. Booking through the app was easy for me, but I did feel the available slots weren’t always very clear. Overall, I’d say it’s a good option if convenience matters to you, but they definitely need to work on timing.

I booked yesmadam for a home salon service, i really appreciated that the lady reached exactly on time. I have zero patience for waiting around or making follow-up calls, so that was a big plus for me. The service was good too, but the punctuality is what stood out the most.
